Dunkin'

This place is popular, so there might be a line during rush hour. However I just skipped drive through and was given excellent service inside the store. The gentleman behind the counter was so friendly! Definitely gave me a good start to my morning :)

Took 10 mins to get 1 cold brew when not busy. The cold brew tasted like burnt water. I ended up throwing it away.

Never met a Dunkin Donuts I didn't like! This one is tiny and unassuming, but the staff took care of me and they were will stocked.

Staff seemed disorganized, orders were taking a long time and not being handed out. people in front of me asked six times for their donuts after they had received all four of their custom beverages. Their order had been sitting on the counter. I had eaten my donuts and still waited more than 5 minutes for my coffee. They even tried to give me the customers in front of me donuts that were sitting on the counter. when the manger came out of the back it still wasn't as helpful and organized as it could be. they were still asking for their donuts when I left, only to see them walk out behind me with the two boxes and bag that had been on the counter the whole time. after they had to ask for a drink carrier for four drinks, but the guy behind me with two drinks got offered a carrier.
