Great price for a unit, and the staff is friendly. It's always clean and easy access and convenient location next to Walmart

Debbie and Robert have been the absolute worst people to work at cardinal storage. They are both resellers and I think Robert had his eye on my unit the entire time. So Im sure him and his wife purchased it, or had something shady going on just to get it. After handing them $400 and paid in full. They turned around and sell my unit within the next month and never has that been a policy that quick to sell at cardinal storage. After having this unit for over 8 years with this company it is sad how this ended. Will never be able to replace the sentimental value of my items. The unit is gone so no need dwell on it, but if the proper and accurate communication happened it wouldnt be. The old staff that work there never would have allowed this to happen under any circumstances. Debbie and Robert are always on two different pages with communication and are a horrible representation of cardinal storage. Please get new staff. Robert you are not the owner you are an employee get more training.

Absolutely the nicest people to deal with! They really strive to work with you and help you in stressful situations like moving and the fact that the truck is free was a huge plus! I cant say enough praise for them!! Thank you again!! Candace Rodriguez
