We hired their services as a preventive measure to insects that may come into our home. We were informed that we could cancel at any time with no penalty by their in person representative. They were supposed to come inside the home and treat it but never did so. They did spray and clean on the initial visit but then never showed back up however they kindly still took their automatic payment. We promptly cancelled services since they were clearly not being rendered yet they were still charging us. This is a form of deception and stealing. This should be considered a breach of contract from their part since we promptly paid but they did not promptly act or act at all. We have now attempted to cancel multiple times and will not pay them anymore for services that were never rendered. Axis why are you harassing us?????
