The automatic lock did not work when we took it for a test drive and the salesmen blew it off. Said it must have been the angle he was on. It still does not work. So now I have to bring it in for a repair. I tried everything to get them to hold the vehicle until Monday (this was 3:00PM on a Saturday they close at 5). I offered money. I was very interested, I just wanted to check with my bank. Also, I feel I could have been give the option of waiting for a 2022 to come in since they wouldn't hold this one. Yes I am happy with this vehicle but I am finding things about the vehicle that I was not told about. Like if you are at a stop light the vehicle has the energy saver and shuts off. The first time it did this I freaked out then realized this vehicle must have it. My old vehicle did not. Was never told of it. By the time we closed on the vehicle it was 5 (they were closed) we got a 5 second lesson on how to use the remote start (I've never had one) and told if I had any questions to either call or the answer should be in the manuel. Again, if we had waited until Monday, we would not be rushing. I believe this is why I am not as excited as I want to be. Part of me feels as if I was pushed into it. My lock, for instance, should have been fixed before I took ownership. By the way, I'm old school, I'd like to see paperwork as to the price of the vehicle, trade-in, all the warranties, etc. Don't put in on a flash-drive for me to view at home, I want to view it now and walk out w/a paper copy. Again, being the end of the day, even finance was rushing to get home.
