I highly recommend Abbey Flooring in Puyallup, the customer service and willingness to resolve any issues was next level! We worked with Jim to pick flooring for our entire first level and had it installed last year, there ended up being a few issues with the initial install and Jim and the team worked with us to pick out and install a brand new floor at no cost to us in a timely fashion. I would absolutely feel comfortable using Abbey Flooring in Puyallup for any future needs with high confidence that any issues will be taken care of.

In May we had a fire in our house which caused extensive damage to our flooring. Abbey carpet was so wonderful in working with us and our insurance company. After five months, we were finally ready to have our new LVP flooring installed only to find out that there was an issue with the sub floor. We were under a very tight time constraint due to the insurance inspection having been scheduled, but Abbey came through! They worked tirelessly to fix the subfloor and install the new flooring. It is absolutely beautiful, and we love it! I would not hesitate to recommend Abby flooring to anyone who is looking for fantastic customer service and excellent products. From the sales personnel, to the interior decorating consultants to the office staff, to the installers and especially to Jeremy kudos for all of your help and great work!
