My wife and I came in on Sat for a used 2018 F150. We were greeted by Louis Smith. He is extremely helpful, professional and patient with us throughout the process. This edit is Im not intended for Carl, he was a great salesman this is to warn others of my experience with Zeck Ford in Purcell, I purchased a vehicle from them on 3/7/22 and as of today, 4/4/22 I have yet to take possession of said vehicle, I have received one excuse after another and then today was told the part ordered was the wrong item and I again will have to continue to wait and they offered me a gas card for my troubles, very unprofessional and no communication as Ive had to reach out and then when I do I get people who cant help or more run around, Ive even emailed Derek Zeck with no response on that, just very unprofessional and do not recommend to anyone Great place, excellent customer service and no shopper stalkers to greet you at your dooreverything was out in the open, nothing hidden or tacked on at the end, no push for services not needed or wanted and just a great overall experience and Carl Wimberley was very professional and straight forward
