        Absolute worst experience! I am going back to Uhaul for life! They rent you a truck online but none working are available, but there are trucks in the lot reserved for others. The Cape office that is the area service center doesn't answer or hangs up on the PG office. Penske is a joke overall.

        Multiple issues, even though the rental was scheduled weeks ago. It began with the fact we ordered furniture blankets and were told, once we got there, that they did not have any. Would have been nice to know before the day we were moving. To top it off, the truck was not even full on gas. Just disappointing and lackluster from a place where you expect more.
