This office has been very good to us. Our dog got herself caught on a fence trying to jump over it. Very bad injury needing stitches and a drain placed by the ER. Dr Crook and his staff removed the drain last week. Today they removed the stitches with no charge to us. They were very good with her and us. Thank you Dr Crook and Thank you Hill Top staff. I deeply appreciate all of you.

Trigger warning: Someone let my baby out of the house and she was run over by a vehicle. Hilltop was the closest vet to us, so we rushed her over. Although we didn't know it when walking in, she had already passed in my arms on the way there, but Dr. Crook and the medical staff still rushed her back to assess if anything could be done. Of course it was too late, but they still prepared her to go to the funeral home and they were so comforting in what was 1 of the worst moments of our lives. Since we were not clients we did decide to transport her to the funeral home ourselves, and it is so unfortunate they cannot take new clients right now, but they were so kind and wonderful and I will never be able to truly express how much they helped us in that moment. We miss our baby girl every day, but we are so grateful they cared enough to try.
