John at Cordova towing is a CONN MAN!!!!! DON NOT LET THEY TOW YOU CAR!! HE WILL LIE TO YOU AND TELL IT TRASH; JUST SO HE COULD KEEP YOUR CAR!! He was so mad that we came to get and with our owe tow to bring it home. We live out of town & he straight up lied about our car. Even though we seen it before it was towed! Never do business with this CONN!!!

This impound lot is a scam business. They force you to endure slow service as a ploy to scam you into giving them more daily impounding fees. And no matter how respectful you are, you are greeted with insanely rude customer service.
The only reason this business is still running, is because you don't have a choice which impounder you use, and they're effectively stealing people's money.

Got my car stolen and towed here. The guy that helped me got me in and out within 15 minutes, good service, good people.

My vehicle was taken to their lot I had to make an appointment to get my truck from their lot only to find my wallet purse and I pad and all the contents of my purse gone !! They are crooks!! The kid working said he doesnt steal so it wasnt him which they are very much so responsible for stealing my purse. My tags were expired which I needed my registration to get current tags before I could get my truck from them I told him that and when I got there I had no registration in the vehicle either theyre thieves liars and not a place I would ever recommend let alone have such a shady business be contracted with the city.
