Guy Gardner - State Farm Insurance Agent

Dylan Larson is a student and marketer who tried to sell his marketing ideas. I struggled to understand his ideas as he was extremely nervous while speaking to me. I chose not to use his marketing strategy, and it appeared to hurt his feelings. I enjoy meeting w/ all Prospects and customers - which includes Mel Digity and Justin Johnson. I went to Mel’s apartment and met him in person, so I could cancel his life insurance. He didn’t have transportation to my office, which is the real reason the policy took time to cancel. I spent quality time speaking w/ Mel, so he could learn insurance. I helped Justin Johnson figure out his claim as he struggles w/ technology. I spoke to Justin several times over a period of 3 months. His multiple claims became frustrating to him, which is the likely reason for his venting. We scheduled a meeting a little under a week away and he when the day came he never showed up and I left my name and number and never got a call back and when I called and texted him I never got a response. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
