        Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Unable to fulfill product orders in time for major construction and forgot parts needed for a bathroom renovation. No consistent or clear communication. And then upon sending us more filter parts than we unknowingly needed for shower, they called the police to try to have them retrieved, as if we stole them. Will not do business with this company again.

      I am sorry that your experience with Ardente Supply was less than satisfactory; this is the first I have heard of it. We strive for customer satisfaction on every order, and obviously, we fell short of that goal in your opinion. As we all know, the construction process can be daunting and frustrating, and we aim not to add to these issues. Unfortunately, we sometimes run into unexpected lead times from the manufacturers that are beyond our control. I openly admit that we shipped you filtration products you did not order. We have attempted numerous times to reach out to you via email and voice mail to arrange the return of the products you did not order or pay for. Still, as of this date we have yet to hear from you to arrange the return. We look forward to hearing from you to rectify these issues.
