        I've used Lawn Tech for several years. My yard looks good. The advanced notice about upcoming service and an online description of the lawn treatment application is appreciated. I'm satisfied with the service.

        I had to give 1 in order to write a scathing review. Otherwise, I would have given Lawn Tech MINUS 10 stars. I could have just dittoed everything Sid wrote in his review. They absolutely ruined our front lawn. The first year we used them we were very pleased. The second and absolutely last year (2023) the lawn looked worse with every treatment. It looked so bad, the tech quit putting their sign in our yard after the treatment. I called several times throughout the season and got no satisfaction. Sure wish I had one of their signs so our neighbors could see who NOT to use.

        Stephen is AMAZING! He goes beyond the call of duty every single time! Hes notice some patches of grass that needed treatment and he was able to correct the issue. Hes very trustworthy. I cant recommend Lawn Tech enough!!

      We are sorry to hear that you’ve had a negative experience with our services. Based on our records, back in May, we made you aware that your lawn was suffering from Take All Root Rot, which is a soil-borne disease that unfortunately, cannot be prevented. Service summary notes can always be located on your after-service emails, your invoices, as well as through your customer account portal. During this visit, we recommended a fungicide treatment be completed to help stop the spread of disease and aid in the recovery process of your lawn. While on-site, Thomas attempted to make contact with you, but unfortunately, he was turned away and therefore unable to speak with you regarding your concerns. We want to assure you that we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with our results and wish we could have met your expectations. If there is anything we can do to earn back your business in the future, we hope you will let us know.
