Very poor office experience. While Dr. Eisenberg and his assistants are great, this review is for the front desk. The front office staff is extremely rude.
So far as things happen to the schedule they are OK - they are not necessarily polite - but one can live with that
For the scheduling, I was trying to be nice and she was super rude because I had missed my earlier appointment practically telling me in stern manner that she would not give further appointments. I told her that it appear unfair since I have been taking their service for several years. She continued to be rough and I had to tell her that she was being rude. She continued in her tone and I had to tell her that I would discontinue with them. I mean it. I am done
