Could not ask for a better place to take your vehicle. This family owned business gives their all in making sure you have the best service and are safe when you hit the road. They are honest, and treat you like family, just like it should be.

After many months (like other recent reviews) of zero updates, my car was returned and the wheels were not properly mounted, the transmission wasn't fully bolted to the engine, and the transmission wasn't fully bolted to the transmission mount.
In their words: "it's driving great"
Driving it put me in danger.
Stay away from this place. I don't know how they are still in business.
Damaged and missing property, no updates of any kind, they're a transmission shop that can't properly install a transmission.

i've come here numerous times over the course of me living in prescott, and each time i am more impressed than the last. it's a family owned business and whenever you come in, you feel welcomed and taken care of. erin is the kindest person and her shop staff are so friendly and they actually take the time to explain what is wrong!! i would highly recommend this shop, you won't be disappointed. love you guys!!

Had my transmission rebuilt in this shop six months or so after I took it back I started to have some weird issues surfacing again
The transmission had a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty so I returned with the truck dropped it off left it in their possession for north of four weeks was promised call back after the call back and updates on what was happening not once. Did I receive a call back without me having to call first
Being that I am a handyman in Sedona I need to have a vehicle and a place to put my tools and get around so I called the shop asked what the deal was and told them if its still drivable I have to come get it and use it until its ready Have the repairs that were necessary done
Was told yes, its drivable, and that my keys would be left inside the truck or somewhere more easily accessible and I would be notified drove over the following day to get my truck. Keys were nowhere to be found, and have been trying to call the shop for the past week and a half, and it appears the line has been disconnected.
Thankfully, my girlfriend had my spare key and was the one that gave me a ride over so I was able to take the truck home however, the key fob that I used to get it home is unreliable and half the time will not start the truck nor can lock it.
Not only that, but several weeks before I gave the truck over again for repairs I put a brand new battery in the truck when I went to start it and take it home. It was completely dead 100% no charge at all which makes me wonder if they even took the time to look at the truck and actually investigate the issues that I was having or if they just left the truck sitting and said whatever they could think of to keep me off their back.
I am driving to the shop for the third time to see if they are there or anything. If anything changes I will change and or update but avoid the shop for now is my suggestion.
