I actually called this company last spring of 2022, the owner could only complain about the gas prices & despite making a date to come & clean the tank, they never showed up, never called nothing. Called 2 weeks ago, same thing, complained about the gas prices, told me he would put me on the schedule when he had someone else's tank to do in the same area, but he was going on vacation & his son would call me to let me know when he was coming. Never called, never showed, & yet on March 4th I saw them going down my road. Told me that they may have to come a 2nd time to clean the entire tank out (issues from home inspection gone wrong) I should have to pay $500 2xs to clean out the tank. The tank should be cleaned once as big as those trucks are. In addition, they are only a few miles away from where I live so the fuel usage should be that much with fuel prices going down again. I won't make the mistake of giving this company a 3rd chance to stand me up again.

I could not ask for better service. Prompt, on time, good value for the money. Friendly and informative. Answered all of my questions. Didnt fuss at me for waiting 6 years to get my septic pumped! :). Highly recommend.

Called back so fast! Came out the same day and fixed the septic issue with a fair price! Will definitely use again! Thank you!!!!!!

WARNING. IF YOU ARE BUYING A HOME IN POWHATAN VA I WOULD RECOMMEND A SECOND OPINION ON ANY SEPTIC INSPECTIONS DONE BY THIS COMPANY. LESS THAN 2 DAYS AFTER CLOSING ON THE PROPERTY WITH A PASSING INSPECTION & SEPTIC PUMP DONE BY THIS COMPANY THERE WAS A MAJOR BACKUP IN THE YARD DUE TO A NONE WORKING PUMP. HAD INSPECTED BY 2 OTHER COMPANIES DUE TO ALL OF THIS, THAT SAID IT NEVER SHOULD HAVE PASSED INSPECTION HAD IT BEEN CHECKED OUT PROPERLY. THIS ISSUE WAS NOT NEW.
