North Kitsap Ear Nose & Throat

I cannot begin to describe the kindness and professionalism shown by not only the staff at the front desk, but most importantly by theCandy and James Rutledge, with whom I had an appointment with. My wonderful GPS got me lost not once but 3 times. Candy helped me find my way there, not just once but all three times, staying on the phone with me the third time due to the fact that I was losing my composure. And James saw me very shortly after I checked in (1/2 hour late) and was very kind and understanding, addressing my health issue as if nothing else happened. So, I cant recommend them highly enough and Thanks to all of you.

Im giving 4 stars because of Dr Kong being exceptional. However 3 times now I have found his office staff to be short and quite rude.

Often you love the doctors but the office help is useless. They have both good doctors and good office personnel. Everyone has been helpful, but have to single out and commend Jennifer for going above and beyond all expectations in finding a pharmacy locally, where I live ,that carried a generic med!!!

I had an appointment for multiple bothersome problems. I was seen by PA Rutledge. I was given a vary through, professional and, it seemed, close attention to all that may be causing my complaints. My waiting time was of a normal medical appointment time. I want to thank PA-C Rutledge and MA-C Bettger for the excellent interview and treatment. The "visit note" on my visit and resalts, was the best I have ever received; all three pages full. Whoever put that excellent form all together, should get a raise? Thanks, North Kitsap EENT.
