Unprofessional. Beware. These people want access to your bank. They send you a link to login your account to give them access to your banking information, then when you deny them access ...forget about it. Employment verification and income verification the reason, yet they not once called my job, nor sent a verification form. Was quick to take my application fee though! Read reviews..which I should have done before I applied.

It was still The Village when I was a resident! My number 1 issue was the flooding problem!! A huge problem for the residents, especially if you live in the front units!!

I do not recommend living here. This place is ran by slumlords. The laundry mat has been run down for years, there's litter all over the ground, there used to be a playground back in the 2000s and it was destroyed (now gone), and it takes forever to get the maintenance to do anything. We have unhygienic upstairs neighbors in our complex who have roaches. Because of these, we're starting to get roaches despite the fact we're clean people and we don't deserve to bear the consequences. The office is doing nothing about any of this. We are planning on moving soon.

If you like rearranging your apartment monthly to accommodate leaks, this is the place for you. I was advised from a friend not to move here because it floods so bad that youll be stuck in the complex but we didnt listen. Weve lived here for less than and a year and every month we had a new water leak, First one started in the bathroom, then the door frame to the bedroom and the front window. We mold tested because the amount of water leaks and them not hiring a water restoration crew. We seen the coolest spores growing on the Petri dish. We had people attempting to kick our door in twice. They did add cameras and allowed us to relocate but we were moved into more problems. They painted over roaches, They promised a latch lock for extra security but I have yet to receive it. It took me about a month to get knobs on my kitchen cabinets, I had to wait for them to take them from another apartment. We are worth knobs that dont match. Its the principle. Our dishwasher was rusty and smelled bad, they let our apartment smell like sewage for awhile. My son has special needs and his services come to his house, I had to explain that the smell was not my fault. It was embarrassing. My cabinets touch the ceiling and Im not 65 so Im only able to utilize the bottom row. Our first week in the new apartment we had a bad rainstorm and my sons nursery was flooded. This brought slugs and hammer head parasites into the room. They were thriving off of the moisture and rotten wood in the closet. They hired a company to blow the carpet dry but it still smells like mildew. When the upstairs uses water, it comes into my apartment through the living room walls, bathroom and kitchen ceilings. This has been an ongoing problem. Air Filter shown is a prime example of their workmanship. They do have great pest services, behind my counter that doesnt touch the wall is coated with roach bait. (they painted over some of it ) Sewage is always pouring out the manholes like a water fountain. The cleaning crew must not be informed on what apartments theyre working in because I watched them attempt to go in my neighbors apartment when she didnt need service and they tried to enter mine today. When I moved to this apartment, they built a box without a tape measure cleaning crew stole my broom. Im very dissatisfied with my time living here. Weve never been taken seriously and they push the problems off until its too late.
