Karna was excellent and caring. After visiting multiple repair shops and not getting the attention or service I was happy with I was starting to give up and drive home and decided to stop one last time to try my luck. Karna was super busy but took the time to stop his work and check out my vehicle and very quickly diagnosed and gave me a very honest and affordable solution to my cars issue. The Whole time he was very open and had great communication and was very honest about possible solution and prices. He didn’t treat me as a customer but as a friend. I am happy to say I have a reliable mechanic and friend here in Portsmouth.

I was introduced to this place by a friend, telling me about the crazy good deals now that the place is under new management. Boy was he right. Karna the owner was awesome. He wasnt pushy and clearly knew a lot about cars. He found me the exact vehicle I wanted for over $1,000 cheaper than anywhere else and blue book. I will definitely be coming back.
