Staff was very cordial. They were very knowledgeable about the services I was seeking for my vehicle. Their pricing was to my satisfaction. I would recommend them for your glass needs.

Best glass place ever used they got me in on the day I wasn't scheduled. Customer service outta the roof so i would recommend to anyone with out thinking about it. Ladies keep up the great work .

Pretty disappointed with my experience. I called because of the good reviews I read. I called to get a simple quote on one replacement window for my home. I was told my appointment would be on the 13th of March and that someone would call me the day before to confirm. It is now the 13th and nobody has reached out. I called to find out whats going on and at first, they couldnt find my info. Then, all of a sudden, they found my information and said my appointment was for the 20th. I tried to make the person on the phone understand that I scheduled to work from home because of the appointment. The Representative didnt want to hear me so she said she doesnt want to go back and forth with her about it. I will not do Business with them ever. Im pretty bummed that they put me off like this. I believe its because its not a big job. If that was the case, I wouldve been fine rescheduling.

I am happy to see that The Owner would actually respond. I did immediately write this review because of the response from the Representative that I spoke with on the phone. I am giving a 4 star because of how fast the response was to my complaint. I wouldve never had an issue with the 20th of thats what was said to me. I scheduled for me to work from home today because of what was told to me a week ago. If the Owner wants to talk, I am all ears and they have my phone number. Again, Im really impressed on how fast the response was concerning my review. Thank you to The Owner of Portsmouth Glass!
