The only place in the plaza that closes for snow. Everybody else stays open. Every other shipping center in the region stays open. Unreliable and pathetic.

I left my computer at a hotel. The hotel manager said he would expedite shipping but did not get around to dropping it off at the Parcel Room until closing time on the Friday before Labor Day. The Parcel Room manager noticed my "expedite" request. He stayed late to confirm shipping details, pack, and ship. It is really great when someone goes "above and beyond" like this!!

A slightly late review but certainly deserving. At the end of April 2021, I had them quote me the price to ship an antique Automaton Picture Clock to Canada from an antique auctioneer. They communicated well and quickly and the shipping was quick. The item had a glass door but it was well packaged and arrived without a scratch. Jeff Rowe was one of the persons I dealt with, all via email. Would recommend them without reservation and would use them again.
