NW Natural

Ive had nothing but good experiences with NW Natural. Just today (4/11/24), Mark Hughes from NW Natural, updated our gas meter at our residence in Vancouver. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and informative. For that alone, I give Mark and NW Natural 5 stars. But what impressed me even more was Marks warm, outgoing personality. By the time he finished the update, I felt like he was family. I felt like he cared about me and my family and that he took pride in his company, pride in doing the best job he knew how to do. NW Natural is fortunate to have him. They couldnt ask for better PR. - Chuck Doyle, one very satisfied customer!

It is interesting to me that the review score for the company is so low. I have had only positive experience with NW Natural. After smelling a gas leak, their technician was on site in < 60 minutes. Their target response time is 20 minutes. He found dried out sealant on a gas burning stove in my rec room and fixed it. He then examined every other gas appliance for efficiency. How much? NO CHARGE! Following the long weather related power outage this winter I wanted to have the load capacity checked to possibly install a new generator. Within 5 weeks, an engineer came to the property, evaluated the entire supply system. After returning to his office he called me the same day. He had done all calculations, reviewed them with the head engineer and recommended no change in the supply. If only every company I do business with was so competent life would be much simpler.

their billing website is the worst, won't let me change my payment method, hard to find their contact, try changing CC won't let me do that either
