    I was in town for the week, and the rubber casing popped off my caster wheel. They managed to squeeze me into their schedule, and their technician was able to fix the wheel that two other places said had to be replaced. I couldnt be more thankful. Having your only source of mobility break is so traumatizingit leaves you completely stranded and dependent on the kindness of whoever is closestand the people at All In One Mobility really stepped up and saved my week. Definitely would recommend!

    Is it possible that a medical supply company could be as amazing and wonderful as All-In-One Mobility? Well, it's 100% true. If you are looking for a company that understands your problems and is committed to meeting all your needs...it is All -In-One Mobility. They are polite, helpful and highly competent at all they do. And whether it comes to purchasing or repair, you are in excellent hands. Kelly helped me with the initial purchase and delivery of my Golden Technologies lift/recliner chair. "Marvelous James, the Chair Magician", astounded me by the way in which he made me feel like I was his "most valued" customer. He did an exceptional job repairing my chair after 4 years of very heavy use. I cannot say enough about this remarkable company and the truly amazing people they employ. I give All-In-One Mobility my highest recommendation. I feel blessed to have had the chance to work with them on all of my mobility needs

    Although the buying experience was very positive overall the end result was very disappointing. I was concerned about the lowest speed of the scooter and was assured that a tech could adjust the programming so I purchased it.. After visits by the tech the lowest speed is still faster than a fast normal walking speed. I will be selling this $1700 scooter for a least a $800 loss and buying one that runs slower which I have confirmed exists by testing others. After the tech came the first time I called to ask if I could exchange it for another make that I confirmed ran slower. I was told that she already had restocked the unit and wouldn't change it for me. So it was her choice to send the tech a second time and to manage her inventory rather than my satisfaction. A simple exchange would have solved this.
