I like their clothes and everything, but not their workers. They were very rude when I came in. It made me not want to come back.

Pricing on clothes are reasonable for what they are. Waited a long time to check out.

I bought one cardigan for my wife. When I checked out, the cashier counted twice. The price is double. I did not doubecheck because my daughters wanted to go rest room. After I went home, I called them. They asked me come to the store to solve that problem. However, they did not trust me. It is not a big deal for me. The store is not good. They could verify how many cardigan they have. But they did not do. Should not trust this store. Be aware!!! They can try to count twice, three times.... and give you store credit!!!!

I visited this store while on vacation in Portland and left disappointed. The clothes were all really cute, there was a lot to choose from, and the prices were all great but the customer service was HORRIBLE. As I did my shopping I had accumulated quite a few things I wanted to try on - not once did an employee ask me if I'd like them to start me a fitting room. It got so bad that my arms were hurting and I was almost tripping over the massive amount of clothing I had... Still nothing. While I was in the fitting room I had to redress, come out and swap out the clothes the entire time because of the 6 item limit - no employees assisted me. At the very end of my experience, I decided I only wanted to buy one thing out of everything I tried on... But needed it in the next size up. I poked my head out the door and asked if the girl could grab me one in the size I needed. Her response? To go ask one of the other girls out front because she was busy wiping the mirrors.... I do not recommend this clothing store.
