Used to be reliable - but something's changed.... two afternoons wasted because they didn't show nor did they have the courtesy to call and let us know that they couldn't make the appointments. ** two no shows in one week **

Half the job done very well on the first day, rest of the windows addressed on a follow-up call. Three screens damaged during cleaning - one of three replaced after one month ... I'm still waiting on the other two. Poor communication from office, lack of training to new staff. I'd go somewhere else.

Mr. Shine is the BEST! They are very quick to respond and did an excellent job on our windows, gutters and roof! Very friendly and professional! I will never call anyone else to do the maintenance on our house!
