Prices are good and they sell small quantities of stuff to the general public. But more importantly: unlike a lot of the other companies in this industry, they have a website with descriptions and prices so you know what exactly they carry.

I ordered fire bricks. Fedex messed up my order and offered a refund for shipping. I gave the case info to hightemp. All they had to do is fill a form out and email it to fedex and get the $55 refund on shipping to me. They didn't. I didn't get the refund. My lost wages were never recovered due to 2 companies mess up. Fedex mistake and hightemp not caring. Don't have issues with high temp they will not fix it.

Great prices and great service. I live in the Portland area and it was really nice to find an industrial supplier who is willing to sell small quantities to the general public. Their prices were much much lower than anybody else in town and their customer service was great. I had great email conversations with somebody there and when I went to pick up a few cases of fire brick the person at the shipping department/ will call area even offered to help carry it to my car. I know a lot of people are intimidated to go buy things from industrial supplier but this company is super easy to work with and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. I will be recommending this company to anybody I know who needs refractory materials even if they don't live in the Portland area.
