      image I am a retired criminal defense attorney who worked for many years in the same court system as Mark Cogan. I always had the utmost respect for his knowledge, effectiveness and professionalism. I was recently approached by a friend who asked me a few questions I was not able to answer. I couldnt help them but I knew someone who could, Mark Cogan. I emailed him and asked if he could assist me in answering my friends questions.
