Wow I wish I could write a book on how amazing the folks at Boly:Welch are. I attended a legal job fair with my local college and connected with a recruiter named Brittney. Upon contact, Brittney immediately put together a profile for me and guided me through what to do to work as a legal professional. She was quick to learn my personality and work background and within a day found a position I could be a candidate for. She was not pushy about positions, but rather had the approach of, If you like it, I love it. If you dont like it, I hate it. She touched base with me frequently and always had her line open to me for any questions, concerns, comments, advice and beyond. This is miles above the effort I was expecting from a busy recruiter. Overall the experience felt very personalized and catered to my own future and interests.
