      image I was told to call and make an appointment before coming in to do a wire transfer. I called and got a machine with a long message and was unable to do that. Choices: wait in lobby or wait for call back..... Not good.

      image We just waited 20 minutes at the drive through. There was only one car ahead of us. The teller took 10 minutes to cash a check. Slowest customer service ever. Terrible.

      image What ever you do, do not get a mortgage loan from this bank. Complete incompetence from start to finish. The worst. It's just not worth it. I will be refinancing elesewhere, even if I have to pay more.
