They cost us $90 for nothing and the owner will not even return my phone callS. I went in and explained that our spa was flooded in hurricane Idalia and I just needed the price and availability on a new motor. One of the salesman said it was under warranty which I disputed saying again that it was flooded. The gentleman behind the counter said that he would need to verify our purchase date and if it was less than 5 years it was under warranty even if it was flooded. We did not expect it to be covered under warranty and was honest about it flooding immediately. They called after verifying we purchased it only two years ago saying it was under warranty and we would just need to pay a service call of $90. The service technician came out, charged us the $90 just to tell us it was flooded and is not covered under warranty. The owner will not return my calls regarding the charge or to even give us a price on a motor. Having to pay for home repairs after the hurricane was bad enough and then to have this happen.
