        I have been waiting for a site plan to be completed since last fall. After making a trip to their office I was told that the engineer who was doing the plan retired last December and because he did the plan his stamp had to be on it. Eight months have been wasted as the revisions Pierce County required have not been done and stamped even though I was billed and paid for it. This may be a small job for them but the bill was $8,000, I would think they would be more prompt in completing the plan so I could submit it to the county. This has been a very frustrating experience to say the least.
