When we got there they were not busy. Someone got started right away getting the I-Beam I was there for. Someone else had a problem with something and had to have the help of the person getting my I-Beam. We had to wait a while before getting my item. It was not a problem as I understood what the wait was for. Kent gave me a good discount because I had to wait. I didn't ask for it but it was very good of them to do it.
