Posted for my mother as she doesn't have an account on Google. "Last September I paid Northern Illinois Wildlife Removal and Repair ( Jeff Gorham) to seal my house, because I had bats in the attic. This Spring I have the same problem with bats. I called him on June 6th. He said he would get back to me in two days. He did not. I called and left messages on June 12th and 16th. He has never returned my calls. On June 26th I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau. Again there was no response. Obviously this man does not stand behind his work." Edit. I paid 275 dollars to catch a ground hog. He caught a raccoon that was stuck on his back in the pouring rain. He advertises 24/7. It took 2 hours for him to respond. Another hour to get here. With a animal clearly in distress. All in all maybe 15 minutes of work. He wants another 85 dollars to set the trap again. If I thought for a second this man had any integrity or honesty I would pay. I would'nt trust him to catch and release any further than I could throw him. He was awful. His attitude toward a trapped animal was no better than a fly or a ant. Please find a honest man.
