Arby's

A coworker and I stopped in here to grab something while we're heading home to Arkansas.. so we're riding in a truck. I pay 12 dollars before tax for a sandwich that I have to take apart and remake after each bite cause it's so messy. The store was very clean, and the employees weren't rude or anything but they obviously didn't care about how they prepared the food.

So yesterday we had a great experience ordering thru the app. Food was awesome. Ready wen it said it would be. The man in drive thru was great! So my family wanted to go again today. It was an awful experience. The so called manager on duty KAYLA rudely tells me I can't pik up my online order at the drive thru. I have to go in. Which im disabled and thats why i go thru drive thru. I go in and ask to speak to the manager and Noone wanted to be the manager....they pointed at KAYLA who was hiding around the corner refusing to address me. She then yells out from around the corner 'she has an online order' which I had already been given by the nice 2 ladies up front. I just wanted to address the manager about the rude nature of the drive thru worker and she wouldnt address me or my bad experience cuz it was her who was rude. I just told the other workers i would call corporate and post a review. And this time the food wasn't great and they weren't even busy.

Service was ok the girl was very pleasant. They had the air conditioner on it was very cold so our food was cold before we got to our table and we couldn't enjoy it cause it was around 20 degrees in the building. I ordered curly fries got about 5 in my order and because it was so cold I couldn't even drink my soda

Arby's may have the meat but my corned beef Ruben was mostly bread. Not a fan.
