U-Haul Moving & Storage at Sample and Powerline

Great Uhaul location. Quick check in by the expert staff at the front desk. They had me hooked up to my vehicle transport in 5 min or less and heading back home. Clean location, easy to find. Lots of options for equipment rental and trailers. Highly recommend this location. A++++ Looking fwd to using this location for my moving/trailer needs in the future. I like that I can get in/out quickly. Cant say the same for other Uhaul locations in South Florida.

Very dishonest General Manager. They got me for $255 for insurance I did not agree to nor it was disclosed. I asked the General Manager to review and refund and he said the store is not his and there was nothing he could do about it.

I ordered a studio U-box for a move to North Carolina. Today a great staff member named Jamika brought my box and settled it by my garage. Very polite and a skilled driver of the big truck and 3-wheel forklift. It is HOT in Florida and she works very hard. Note about the U-box: It's great since they can store my box until I've gotten an apartment up there. I have the option to take things out with 24-hr notice. U-Haul will also connect me to local movers to help me unload if my new place has stairs. My move isn't done yet but having this flexible service is nice.
