        Hi I was on the phone with Nita, very professional and very understanding as to why our insurance was canceled. She helped us right away and also she helped us in reporting it to the driver's license because they were going to suspend Luis' driver's license. At the end of the day you always need a great representative like Nita to help people like us who do not understand very much about insurances. I'd like to congratulate her in helping us with professionalism and courteousness!
