What a great experience we had working with our realtor, Ed Cook. Ed facilitated the purchase of our dream condo; in addition to the sale of our existing unit in just over a month. Throughout the process, he was knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated. On hands for every step in the process, we felt very comfortable knowing he was overseeing all aspects of the transactions, even when we werent able to be there ourselves.
Eds kind and calm demeanor instilled a great deal of confidence in us, right from our first meeting. While we had many questions regarding the current market environment, building projects in Pompano and price valuations, he was always at the ready with up-to-date, answers and information.
