Stopped by this store 8 days ago and was blown away by not only everything in the store but also by Douglas. Douglas you made such an impression in my fiancee and me. You were passionate and knowledgeable and we couldn't stop talking about you on the drive home. We are not gem collectors but you thought us so much in a short visit. We returned 2 days ago for your sale only to find out you had passed a few days earlier. You have been heavy in our hearts. For anyone who never got a chance to visit this store. Don't think you'll ever meet someone like Douglas. I don't usually write reviews but I wish you were around to read the impact you made on us.
