        Id leave zero stars if I could. The broker here is Phillip Namand hes completely unprofessional. He was hired as the realtor to sell my house and didnt communicate, provide a CMA, didnt talk about a strategy or listing price. If thats not enough if you ask him to communicate he gets upset or just blows you off. Very shady tactics, very shady person. He should and may well get his license pulled.
