Worst Company ever Bad experience from Loan officers wondering if the loan officer is a Fraud and the company too !! I would repeatedly send my documents for review and My loan officer completely disappeared she never answered texts nor phone calls. Wendy is the worst and this company is a Fraud !! Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!

I wish I would have came here before I wasted an inquiry with this company. All the bad reviews on here sum up my experience. Very bad experience, was basically Ghosted by loan officer. Wont mention her complete last name here but her name starts Wendy G. Didnt get a follow up to my questions, was supposed get a call back. Never hear back, never replied to my text nothing. I went through my credit union, I was confident they would lead me the right way since they been good for many years. I guess I should have done my research first.

Best loan experience we've ever had! Not one hiccup in the process and our loan officer Jennifer Montez and processor Elaine we're simply amazing! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

This company doesn't follow thru on anything! Have been trying to get them to release a lien on our property that wasn't sent to the correct county. They were supposed to release the lien in august 2013, over 9 years ago! Their customer service is embarrassing! I have been trying to get in touch with someone, anyone, to get an update about a error they made. According to California Civil code 2941, "a mortgager has 30 days after any mortgage has been satisfied, the mortgagee or the assignee of the mortgage shall execute a certificate of the discharge thereof, as provided in 2939, and shall record or cause to be recorded, except as provided in subdivision, in the office of the county recorder in which the mortgage is recorded."I haven't received any call back when promised one by a supervisor, nor are my questions answered when I contact them. All I am told is that they can send an email to the "solutions team". Why no one is able to contact the "solutions team" by phone is mind boggling! Not even a supervisor or manager is able to get in contact with anyone to get this issue rectified and resolved. I have contacted a real estate attorney and will be sending CMF all bills I will incur to try to resolve this issue on our own. Steer clear of this company. There's good reason they are just a 1 Star companyVentura Tomay
