      image We had experienced bed bug issue at this hotel, a terrible experience. The hotel's disinfection following each guest stay needs improvement.
      Noteworthy details: make sure you carefully check bed/mattress conditions for bed bug infection

      Hello. We do not see you in our reservation system. It could be another motel. I can assure you are have stringent pest control protocols in place and are on top of inspecting our rooms. I suggest you give the motel you stayed at a call to inform them of your stay. Have a great day.

      image Maybe it was just me, just this one time, but my experience was pretty awful. I stayed here with my dog on July 4, 2023 to avoid the fireworks in Sacramento. I arrived at check in and still had to wait an hour for my room to be cleaned. When I got into my room it smelled so strongly of cleaning chemicals my asthma flared up. I travel a lot for work and never has the smell been so overwhelming that it caused a reaction. Apparently, they were full and couldn't move me. So, I opened the doors and windows but it's July...warm and no wind. That night I slept with the back door open (as much as a bit unsettling being a woman alone) and still had asthma throughout the night. I finally got dressed at 4am and drove home. The room was nice, it was amazingly quiet, I loved the sliding door and balcony, and the staff was nice...but I can't risk staying here again.

      Hello Kristi. Thank you for choosing to stay with us and leaving us constructive feedback. I am glad you found the room nice and surrounding area quiet for you and your pet. Since July, we have increased our personnel to help with making rooms available to guests earlier in the day and we have adjusted our certified cleaning chemicals to prevent any smells that are left behind after disinfecting the rooms. I hope you give us another chance as I promise you that you will not be dissatisfied. We hope to see you in the near future.
