Went in for a CAT scan. Appointment was made one week ahead of time; the appointment was for 11:20 AM and I was told to be there by 11 AM. Got there at 11 AM and within about 3 minutes was called in. Did that CAT scan and was out by 11:10 AM. The receptionist was very friendly and the technician explained exactly what was going on. I could not believe how efficient they were.

Horrible- kept waiting (in an empty waiting room) for 50 minutes past my scheduled appointment time with no explanation until I asked and was told they allow a 30 minute window for themselves - no explanation for that or the additional 20 minutes I had to wait. Stay far, far away - terrible attitude and even worse service.

Recently moved to the area and set up various appointments with doctors. My wife has knee issues and went to a new orthopedic doc. He scheduled a routine MRI and referred us to this facility, Weymouth MRI of Atrius Health. We have new insurance as I relocated for a new job. We asked how much the MRI would cost and was told it would be a copay.
A couple months later we are supposed to receive a bill of over $1,000 for the MRI and got charged the copay and then some. We asked the right questions but Atrius Health didn't give us the correct answers, especially for a MRI that was just precautionary and not needed. Clearly we wouldn't have gotten it performed if they correctly told us what it would cost under our insurance. Rather than working with us as we understand the insurance and appeal, they call constantly threatening to send it to collections.
