      image My son has his orthodontic treatment here. His treatment plan was for 12-18 months and now 2.5 years later, his braces are still on. Theres very little communication in regards to progress although I ask. The answers are very short. Ill update my review when treatment is complete.

      Hi Jenn,I'm sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the communication from my office. My team and I strive to keep both our patients and their parents informed as to how their treatment is progressing and parents are welcome to accompany their child into the clinic during their visits or for any questions they may have. I do give an estimated timeframe at the start of treatment and sometimes that does need to be extended for optimal results and for a variety of reasons. A smile is for life and we at Ryan Orthodontics want to provide the best experience to all of our patients. I encourage you to call my office or address your concerns at your child's next visit.
