A real estate agent needs someone who is responsive and proactive.  These are two words I always use when talking about Darlene Crane.  I never had to reach out to her with updates because she would always call/email me first.  If I ever did call her she picked up my call and always had the answers and information I needed.My client was a first time home buyer with 10% down in a super competitive market.  No only was she able to get him into a great program but she was there to answer all his questions and put him at ease as his family made this scary jump into home ownership.  Once we got our offer accepted she reached out to the listing agent to ensure him that our client was qualified and that the escrow process was going to be smooth and we might even close early.  In the end we did close early and everyone from the agents, to the escrow officers were impressed with Darlene's performance on the deal.  Thank you Darlene!  I can't wait to close another with you soon!!

How lucky was I to find Darlene?  THE LUCKIEST!  I decided to refinance and consolidate some loans to save on monthly payments. I have a friend in the real estate biz and she suggested I contact Darlene.  Darlene has been nothing short of amazing!  She is professional, attentive, SUPER knowledgeable, and has made the entire process so easy.  Let me start off by saying, you have a part in the process too...you need to gather lots of documents and respond quickly to emails to get it done - and I like doing that so from beginning this has been a quick process.  How quick you ask?  I began communicating with her on April 13th.  On May 7th we are due to close.  BOOM!  The reason I mention that you are part of the process too is that she can only work as hard and quick as you do, so if you want fast results, make sure you make it a priority.  Now, for the best part...she researched it all out and found me a perfect loan and is saving me...wait for it...$1800/mo.  What????!!!!  I will never go anywhere else.  Ever.  Period.  I'm so grateful I was directed her way and would not hesitate in recommending her!
