Not helpful at all. I had a back/ shoulder ach. I drove 30miles for this sessions. After 10-12 sessions they couldnt find out what the problem was and asked me to stop coming as it not helping and they are unable to figure out plus I was charged for all the sessions. Its fake and useless.

Intero Chiropractic is amazing. I'm nearing the end of my treatment plan and my back feels better than it has in the last decade. I was in two major rear-ending accidents (one in 2013, one in 2020) and have seen three traditional chiropractors. All three chiropractors ended treatment because "That's all insurance will pay for." I thought the pain and discomfort in my back was something I had to live with for the rest of my life. My experience at Intero has been very different. The new patient intake appointment is very thorough, and I appreciate the x-ray review. I was assigned to Dr. Fiona but saw Dr. Jerry on my first session. Dr. Fiona was transferred to the SJ location, so now I'm seeing Dr. Zak. All three doctors are very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. And the level of care across the board is very consistent. Even with the doctor transitions, there has not been a lapse in quality of treatment. Because of the cost, I was a little skeptical in the beginning. My commute to the Pleasanton office was longer than my actual sessions, but I left each session feeling better than the last session so I decided to trust the process. The mid-treatment x-ray convinced me that the process was working. Not only could I feel the results, but it was also visible on the x-rays. I highly recommend Intero Chiropractic, and it's great to see that they're expanding.

UPDATE A few folks from the team reached out after hearing my issue. Sophia, the general manager, invited me in to meet with her after hearing me out over the phone. I felt the response was professional and thoughtfully handled. Although I did not continue guard with services, her actions and accountability for my experience left a better idea of their ability to service their customers. --------------- I really wanted to love this place. Found their awesome ads on IG, but my experience was subpar, just trying to get started. I was reminded to write this review after receiving av text that my assigned Doctor moved on.... Here's my experiences: I've reached out to your office be email and phone trying to find out about clarity for cost of my care & potential next steps to no avail. I've asked 3 times to connect with my "case worker". My first/ last interaction with him felt like I was rushed to pay anything while I really just wanted to figure out how I could afford ongoing care since I have been desperate to solve my issue. I got pushed to pay over $200 before going into a first session with Dr. Luke... never to be heard from again. I've been meaning to write a review. I guess I'll just copy and paste this one.

I cannot thank Doctor Zac enough for his exceptional work. His expertise in treating my back pain has been truly amazing, allowing me to regain my normal sleeping routine. What sets him apart from others is his endearing and encouraging attitude, which has been a source of motivation throughout my treatment. I cannot stress enough how much this place has changed my life. Although I am not yet where I would like to be, the incredible work they do here is nothing short of amazing.

I recently had a great experience at Intero Chiropractic. The staff warmly greeted me upon arrival, creating a calming and inviting atmosphere. The chiropractor listened to my concerns, explained the treatment plan thoroughly, and provided gentle yet effective adjustments. I felt immediate relief and improved mobility after just one session. I highly recommend Intero Chiropractic for a professional and caring experience.
