Sketchy operation. Tech came by to replace a washing machine drain pipe. Charged me $630 (this is after a $69 discount mind you) for a pvc pipe and 45 minutes of labor. Checked my receipt and was charged for copper pipe instead of pvc. Called in to ask about my bill and the operator agreed the receipt didnt look kosher. Said hed have Steve call me back right away. A day goes by with no call back. Call in the following day and am told Ryan will call me back. Another half day goes by and no call back. Now when I call (Ive tried 4 additional times) I get sent to an answering machine due to what one can only conclude is them avoiding my calls. Keep the money, Steve. Ill take future business elsewhere.

I was very pleased with these guys. Sump pump stopped working. I called Steve Ray after hours, their answering service was very professional. I got a call back within about 15 minutes. The guy completely understood my situation, gave me the option for a service call that night which I declined, but said he could have someone out between 8 and 8:30 the next morning. At about 8:20, the next day I got a text that they were on the way. Scott came, explained what needed to be done, did all the work extremely well, I paid on-site, all paperwork was electronic, he was very professional and to the point. I couldn't have asked for a better response. I've used these guys in the past when I was in a pinch and I will again if needed.

We had a failing sump pump and water leaking into the basement. Scott was able to come out within an hour of calling. He was friendly and pleasant, took care of our issue, and made solid recommendations. He gave us peace of mind in what could have been a terrible situation.
