        I made a reservation was provided a confirmation number. Received a call saying the size truck I requested was unavailable at the location I requested. I called back requested a different size truck at a specific location it was confirmed. Then minutes later got a call saying that wasn't available. The person I spoke to was extremely rude. She accused me of cursing at her when I did not. She said I'm human and make mistakes Then hung up on me. I'm going with a different company and will never recommend U Haul to anyone
