        Rude, gruff person, who I took to be the owner or manager, scolded me for not bringing my machine with me, when I was picking up a replacement foot pedal. I said that in the month that I had been waiting for the part, not one of the three people I spoke with mentioned that I should bring in my machine! He said, in an unpleasant tone, Well you didnt talk to me. Wont be going back to this store.
