These apartments deserve no stars. There is this one employee called Cody. He was very racist to me and my family and he didnt help us when we spoke out. Our house almost got broken into and we went to the office. He started saying it was our fault and we shouldve called the police first. If you guys are seeing this please fire cody. One day our A.C wasnt working and they took a whole week to fix it because of their poor customer service and management. I would rather be homeless than live in this garbage apartment complex.

I wish they could (1) rent the hall behind the leasing office for personal parties (2) could reduce the house rent as it is on the higher side for new tenants. I am paying way more than some of the older tenants here (3) could fix the car vacuum cleaning machine. It is good for nothing (4) could have a recycling center (5) could allow renting a guest room (6) have cameras within the community (7) have some spare pins if doors get auto-locked (8) could make the intercom boxes inside the houses as functional (9) internet is mandatory in rent but internet sometime gets spotty (10) electric gas stoves that do not heat evenly. Too hot or too cold. I wish they had the flame/ gas stoves. I keep raising tickets but the appliances are fairly old. Best school in the neighborhood , decorated leasing office, walkable park, well architected apartments, options of covered and open parking, garages, dog park, gym, beautiful pool with grilling capabilities, very accessible (walkable!) shopping complex, indoor children play area, grocery store, temple and pharmacy, after school classes for those who dont have a car. Some of the newer features (like printer access, package/ mail drop facility, fob based gate unlocking, package pick up, self guide tours, extended weekday and weekend hours, access to basketball coach, access to swimming coach) are super super cool! On various occasions, I have found the staff very friendly.
