Excellent customer service!! Very friendly staff. Staff walked out with me to my vehicle to explain and show what was done. Very fast return and repair. Would highly recommend.

I don't know what's with all the negative reviews, but I went to Crash Champions last Friday and had such a wonderful experience. Even though my car was deemed a total loss, Wyatt was seriously so amazing and patient with all of my questions and explained everything to me. The front desk girl was also so friendly, helpful, and informative. Although I wasn't having work done on my car (since it's totaled lol), I am so grateful for this location and especially Wyatt. He was so knowledgeable, and helpful, and he was there for me every step of the way while I was processing the fact that I had officially lost my vehicle due to an accident. Thank you so much, Wyatt.
