I'm sorry to give a bad review, but Zachary here was a little rude and has an attitude problem. No reason in the world to get testy with me. Because I didn't want to deal with him I had to WAIT for someone else to help me. If Zachary can't be professional maybe he should go home.

dishonest service! I was being charged for activation and sim service for my apple watches and I called the customer service and they told me that sim was inside the watches and it should be waived and I was being charged for both. be aware! you can go to Costco and get it for free

Zach was very professional and helpful. I had to wait a little longer than I would have thought, but not too bad. Unfortunately I was unable to find a data only plan that would meet my needs.

I’m going to start off positive. The 2 ladies at this location were sweet as pie. Very friendly and was trying there best to help. My issue is with sprint/ t mobile or whatever they are calling themselves now days! I arrived to this location at 11:55am. 5 mins before they opened so I could be the 1st customer and to beat the Covid crazy crowd. I went to this location with my daughter as a surprise to her. She has been wanting a iPhone for months now. All I wanted to do was to pay off my device, give my phone to my daughter and purchase another phone for myself. The 2 nice ladies seemed untrained on how to do this simple process. After a hour of waiting and having them calling for assistance which was unhelpful they advised me to go down the street to another t mobile /sprint location where they knew they would be about to assist me.At this point the store is filling up with several waiting customers which they advising them to go to the other location down the street. At this point I’m tried and my daughter was as well. We ended up leaving. My daughter disappointed and I’m frustrated. DONT STOP READING YET! I come home and started a chat with t mobile / sprint. I spoke with 3 different agents. One name Veronica that refused to give me corporates email about my issue. She just stopped responding to the chat. And the other 2 agents gave me the run around and passed me on to the next agent. I’ve been with sprint / t mobile since 2010. I dread communicating with them because nobody ever knows how to do there job. Im almost certain that i will be transferring to another cell phone company. Ive had enough of sprint / t mobile and don’t care if they are cheaper. I will pay more just to get away from this company. Anywho..stay blessed
